What HELLAS means
Hellas (Ἑλλάς) is the name Greeks use for their own country. It stands for a culture in which the table is the heart of the home.
Philoxenia – love for the guest – means for us: plates in the middle, sharing, raising a glass, and dancing when the bouzouki plays.

Many small plates to share: tzatziki, dolmades, feta, olives.
Grilled dishes & gyros
Souvlaki, bifteki, soutzoukakia and fresh gyros – skewered by hand in our own kitchen.
