Terms of participation for prize draws

Contact, reservations and communication

The organiser is Hellas Event Center GmbH, Nico-Flatau-Platz 4, 30926 Seelze-Letter, Email hellas.event.center@gmail.com. These terms apply to all prize draws and competitions unless otherwise stated in the promotion.

Newsletter and event information

Persons aged 18 and over with residence in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of Hellas Event Center GmbH and their relatives are excluded. Participation is free of charge and not dependent on a purchase. If a purchase is named as a means of participation in a promotion, participation is equivalently also possible free of charge by e‑mail to hellas.event.center@gmail.com with the keyword of the promotion. Each person may participate only once.

Images and video recordings at events

The entry method, start and end are specified in each promotion. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Retention periods

The type and number of prizes are stated in the promotion. Winners will be determined after the end by random selection from all valid entries; the draw will be documented. Prizes are not payable in cash and are transferable only with our consent. Ticket prizes apply only to the event specified. Alcoholic prizes will be awarded only to adults.

Your rights

Winners will be notified within 7 days of the closing date via the entry channel (e.g. direct message). If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn. We never contact winners with payment requests – beware of fake profiles.

Right to object

We may exclude participants in cases of manipulation, multiple or fake accounts, false information, or insulting or unlawful contributions; prizes may then be subsequently revoked. We may terminate a promotion prematurely for an important reason (e.g. technical malfunctions, abuse, legal reasons).

Right to lodge a complaint

We process your data only to run the promotion and deliver prizes (Art. 6 para. 1 point b GDPR) and delete it afterwards, no later than after 3 months. We name winners publicly only with their consent. Details can be found in our privacy policy.

Security

This promotion is not associated with Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Meta. The sole point of contact is Hellas Event Center GmbH.

Information about the accessibility of our services

The liability provisions in § 11 of our Terms and Conditions apply. German law applies. Legal recourse regarding the selection of winners is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
